Shipping and Return

We believe the shipping is part of the purchasing experience and we will try our best to deliver your product on time. Please send us a message if you are not able to find any important information regarding the shipping process.

 

Shipping in the US 

All products purchased in the US will be shipped using the USPS service from the US warehouse. If the US warehouse stock is out of order, we will ship your product directly from our international warehouse.

 

Shipping outside the US

International shipping has two shipping options

  •  Standard Shipping : Typically takes 10~12 Business days
  •  Priority Shipping*   : Typically takes 5~7 Business days

* For Germany, due to long customs inspection times up to one month, only priority shipping is available.

 

Import Duties, Fees, and Taxes

All international shipping outside of the USA is subject to the taxes and import duties of the destination country. We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package. You are responsible for preparing any required documents and pay charges for the import.

Customs process is different by countries and for some countries, the inspection can take more than a week. 

 

Returns

All Dense products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us within the 30 days to be eligible for the return.

The product and accessories must be in its original condition and we will not accept a refund request if the package is marked "REFUSED" or "RETURN TO SENDER"

Steps to return Dense product

1. Contact Dense within 30 days of the purchase using the Contact Us page.

2. We will send the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Mark the RMA number and return the package to 

  Dense LLC, 5209 Dent Ave, San Jose, California 95118, USA

4. We will inspect the returned package and issue a full refund to your credit card, including shipping and handling.

5. Once the refund is processed, it may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to be processed to your account.

 

Damaged or Defective Item

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of shipment. You will be able to choose to get a full refund or replacement item once the request is received.

 

Lost Shipment

If you did not receive the package, but the tracking information shows that your item was delivered, please check the following before contacting us.

  • Verify your shipping address.
  • Check if someone else has received the package for you.
  • Check the post box and around the usual delivery location.
  • Look for notice of attempted delivery.
