Shipping and Return
We believe the shipping is part of the purchasing experience and we will try our best to deliver your product on time. Please send us a message if you are not able to find any important information regarding the shipping process.
Shipping in the US
All products purchased in the US will be shipped using the USPS service from the US warehouse. If the US warehouse stock is out of order, we will ship your product directly from our international warehouse.
Shipping outside the US
International shipping has two shipping options
* Customs process is different by countries and for some countries, the inspection can take more than a week.
** Service provider may change depending on the country without notice. Transit time will be the same.
Import Duties, Fees, and Taxes
All international shipping outside of the USA is subject to the taxes and import duties of the destination country. We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package. You are responsible for preparing any required documents and pay charges for the import.
All Dense products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product, accessories, and the original packaging must be in undamaged condition. You also must include the original invoice in the return shipping.
We will not accept a refund request if the package is marked "REFUSED" or "RETURN TO SENDER"
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Steps to return Dense product
1. Contact Dense within 14 days of the purchase using the Contact Us page.
2. We will send the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Mark the RMA number and return the package with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt to
Dense LLC, 5209 Dent Ave, San Jose, California 95118, USA
4. We will inspect the returned package and issue a full refund to your credit card, including shipping and handling.
5. Once the refund is processed, it may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to be processed to your account.
Damaged or Defective Item
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of shipment. You will be able to choose to get a full refund or replacement item once the request is received.
